Proceedings Book (Red Book)
UPDATE 07/02/25: The updated Red Books/Proceedings are now available below. In addition, you can find the most current version of the SFFMA Constitution and By-Laws here.
SFFMA preserves the history and its business through a Conference Proceedings book, aka “The Red Book.” This book is printed annually and includes Executive Board members, committee members, district board members, conference locations, transcripts of the memorial service, business meetings, committee reports, district reports, contests winners, contest rules, and a full, updated version of the Constitution and By-Laws.
SFFMA maintains an archive of these Proceedings at the Austin Office. However, a few issues are missing from our holdings. If you have a copy of the Proceedings from the following years and are willing to part with it, we would greatly appreciate either a donation or the opportunity to scan the contents: 1876-1904, 1907, 1910, 1915-1918, 1921, 1924, 1927-1930, 1932, 1952, 1963.
