Testing Partners

SFFMA has partnered with the following institutions to provide as needed testing at their local facilities.

In exchange for the convenience a Partner may charge an access fee for use of their facilities for the day. SFFMA posts known fee rates with the contact information.

Regardless of the manner in which a test is administered and taken, all qualification, registration, and final scheduling is managed through the SFFMA Austin office.

Recommended process for testing with an SFFMA testing partner:

  1. Contact the testing partner directly to reserve the required number of seats at that location for the desired date.

  2. Use this Portal module to enter the date you have reserved with the testing partner, and to select the individuals/tests for that date.

  3. Click the “REQUEST” button to confirm the date/individuals/tests.

  4. SFFMA will ensure that the selected tests are available to the testing partner on that date.

  5. Report to the testing partner on the desired date.

NOTE: After clicking the REQUEST button here, your session will appear in “Upcoming Testing Sessions” when you enter/view the test scheduling module. Only your department will see this session. Your selections can be edited, but be sure to coordinate with the testing partner if you are making changes to the number of people, tests, etc.
