Representative Terms
Expiring Zone Representatives need their District to reappoint them for another 4-year term. This is done by submitting a letter to the incoming SFFMA President after the June conference.
2026: Zone 01, Zone 04, Zone 06, Zone 11, Zone 15
2027: Zone 03, Zone 07, Zone 08, Zone 14
2028: Zone 05, Zone 10, Zone 12, Zone 16, Zone 18
2029: Zone 02, Zone 09, Zone 13, Zone 17, Zone 19

Reviewing Submitted Documents
Log into Portal and then click on your initials at the upper right-hand corner. The opened taskbar provides options to access your Zone information along with the Certification Board use page. Once in that area go to Training on the left-hand menu and then to “View Equivalent Trng Submissions.”

Log into https://ondemand.questionmark.com/home/405686/user
Once logged in, go to Authoring on the top toolbar and then select Topics. In the left-hand menu, scroll down to Indust. Ext and click on the little expand triangle. Within each topic you'll be provided access to each question. By clicking on a question you will see the text of the question, the available answers and which is marked as correct (has a 1 in the right-hand column).
Once the group decides that a question should be removed from rotation, go back to the list of questions for that category, check the box next to that option and then select "Archive".
