CONFERENCE MEMORIAL SERVICE

Department and District submissions of names for the Conference Memorial Service MUST be submitted to memorial@sffma.org by
June 2, 2024, for inclusion in the printed memorial program.

DELEGATE APPROVAL FORM

For departments and other entities: please fill out a delegate approval form and email to events@sffma.org.

DEPARTMENTS: Each member DEPARTMENT is authorized to send up to FIVE delegates. An approved signature from the department fire chief must be on file for delegates to be eligible to vote at SFFMA business sessions at the 2024 Conference.

OTHER ENTITIES: Each regularly organized DISTRICT, COUNTY, FIRE SERVICE ORGANIZATION and RESCUE ASSOCIATION, and FIRE MARSHALS’ OFFICE as recognized by the Executive Board is Authorized to send ONE delegate. An approved signature from an officer of the sponsoring entity must be on file for delegates to be able to vote at SFFMA Business Sessions.
